Longarm machine maintenance: Go to local home improvement store, purchase tons of emery cloth, cut off little tiny strips, sand the heck out of the edges and inside curves of 2 thread guides and one face/needle plate. Re-thread Nikki for the umpteenth time!!! Resume stitching. Who would have guessed that thread could cut grooves into metal guides! Watch and enjoy as thread no longer shreds and breaks every 2 flipping inches! Heaven! lol

  1. Your so right!! I've had to change thread guides on two occasions. It took a long time before I realised the small burrs were giving me so much grief with thread breakages and shredding. Thank goodness for the free advice from those old time quilters who are generous with recommendations.!
